The name "Ho Stevie!" actually comes from a Hawaiian slang term, where people would say "ho" instead of "hey." My buddy used to come over and say, "Ho Stevie, let's go surf!"

The Ho Stevie! Surfboard Sock is designed to protect your board from dings and UV damage that can cause discoloration over time. It's also great for preventing wax from ruining your vehicle's interior when transporting your board. The stretchy knit fabric fits any size surfboard, from shortboards to longboards. We recommend getting a size a few inches longer than your actual board, so it can comfortably cover the entire thing without stretching too tight over the fins.

Inside the sock, there's a secret stash pocket with Velcro closure, perfect for storing your wax, snacks, or other small items. The reinforced nose protects the most delicate part of your board, and the drawstring closure at the bottom keeps the tail covered, no need to remove your fins.

You can machine wash the surfboard sock on a cold setting and hang it to air dry - just don't put it in the tumble dryer. And yes, you can absolutely use it with your car's roof racks to keep your board protected from the sun's heat.
